The Headmaster Guide Service
Nevada Department of Wildlife
Safari Club International

Sean Shea was born and raised in Northern Nevada. His passion for the outdoors was instilled at an early age, while hunting and fishing with his grandfather. Thanks to the ongoing support from his family that passion still endures.

He graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in resource management in wildlife and has been working as a research biologist for the Federal Government since 1991.

Sean is a master guide in Nevada, and he owns and operates The Head Master, Inc., which is a full service guiding/ outfitting operation, since 1998. Along with guiding, his business also includes the art of taxidermy for which he takes a limited number of clients each year.

Sean has been bowhunting almost exclusively for almost 20 years. He shoots in four to five 3d tournaments a year, but his real passion is being out in the field actually stalking.

Sean has written several hunting articles that have been published in three Nevada Wildlife Record books and has several stories written about his guiding in newsletters and magazines.

He still resides in Northern Nevada with his beautiful wife Vicky, and seven dogs.
